Welcome to the Reigate Group of the Ramblers' Association We have over 350 members and have a programme of walks all year
round for all abilities, mainly in the beautiful Surrey and Sussex
countryside. We walk at the weekend, mid-week and during the long summer days
we also have evening walks. Most of our walks are around 5 to 8
miles long but we also have shorter and very much longer walks of up to
25 miles for the really keen. In addition to the walks programme we have a number of "weekends
away" each year which take us to new areas of interest. We also have some social functions including a New Year's Lunch and
Mid-Summer Dinner, the latter held outdoors - weather permitting! We are always very keen to welcome new members and visitors. Why not
come along and try us out - good exercise, good company, good fun. Just check for a suitable walk on the programme (see link on the left),
turn up at the designated start and enjoy. Please call the leader beforehand
